Description

Irregularly shaped enamel badge. Given out to mark the British Electrical Power Convention in Harrogate, 1950. Brass with yellow enamel. Belonged to Mr John Armston Vice who was a Generation Operation Engineer at Barking Power Station after it opened in 1925 until 1951.

Physical description

Brass badge with circular to on a shield shaped base. Yellow enamel design which shows an electricity pylon. Surrounded by, and above, inscriptions.
