Description

Carved wooden relief of a unicorn made by Mr E.Q Kendrick and given to donor whilst she worked at margate library, this releief was displayed at new margate library.

Physical description

Made entirely of wood the edges are raised and lowered. there is a raised relief of a unicorn in the center of the wooden plaque the unicorns mane, tail and hooves are stained dark brown, the unicorn appears to be looking behind it whilst running the name ?E.Q Kendrick is engraved at the bottom right? as well as the words ?Given to Margate Library? which are engraved along the bottom, the rear of the relief is plain except for two wall mount points at the top.
