Description

Small plaque awarded to the winner of the Poultry section at the Dagenham Town Shows. This award was won only once in 1980.

Physical description

Small, light coloured wooden trophy, covered with a large silver plated sheet. On the left hand side of the sheet is a silver plated decoration that once bore a circular glass decoration bearing an image related to poultry, which has since been lost. Below this is a small rectangular brown tone metal panel with the competition dedication engraved on it. To the right is a long rectangular brown tone metal panel that is used for the engraving of the winners details.
