Description

Physical description

A4 glossy flyer printed in landscape. Colour throughout. The front shows a computer generated representation of the front of the new office building. Below this is a coloured artistic representation of the development from across the River Roding, with boats in the foreground. The reverse shows an aerial plan of the new development. Below this are two maps showing the location of the Fresh Wharf development, first in relation to London, and secondly in relation to Barking. Beside this is a blue-toned version of the computer generated image from the front of the flyer.

Text Printed On reverse: Location: A prominently located site of 17 acres (6.88 hectares), the western boundary of the site being the A406/North Circular Road and the eastern boundary of the site is the River Roding. The site is approximately half a mile north of the A13 (Newham Way). Barking Town Centre and Station (mainline and district line) are within walking distance. The City Airport is approximately 2 miles to the south, the M25 approximately 8 miles to the east (junctions 30/31) and the M11 4.5 miles to the north. Description: Fresh Wharf is a new quality waterside mixed-use development incorporating retail, leisure, office and industrial/distribution accommodation. Accommodation: The industrial element of the scheme will provide high quality business units ranging in size from 1250 sq.ft. (116 sq.m.) up to 5,000 sq.ft. (465 sq.m.) Units may be combined.
