Physical description

This is a dark blue pin stripe blazer with black satin lining. It fastens with 3 black plastic buttons but has an extra button hole in the collar. There are 2 inside pocket in the lining on each side of the front of the jacket, the pocket on the right side has a Hector Powe pure wool lable and the ldval number sewn into it. There are also 2 pockets on the front of the jacket. There is some small damage on the elbow of the left sleeve.
