Description

Horseshoe found outside the blacksmith's in Back Lane, Chadwell Heath in 1966. The Blacksmith was possibly Charles Burke who was the local Blacksmith in Chadwell Heath around this time.

Physical description

Object is U-Shaped with four square holes running down the left side, three square holes running down the right side. There is also a lip at the base of the object. The object is quite rusted and so is suffering from some discolouration, as such it is a reddish brown colour.
