Blank photographic postcard depicting the interior of St. Margarets Church, Barking in 1850, part of the Clapham Photographers series.

Physical description

The front of the postcard is a photograph of the interior of St.Margarets church the main doors, altar, choir stand and several pews are visible, there is a visible tear in the top of the picture, which when reversed is at the bottom of the writing area, and a small burn mark in the top right, at the bottom left of the postcard are the words ?St. Margarets Barking 1850? and at the bottom right ?T77? the reverse of the postcard is unused there is a space for the address on the right and a space for correspondance on the left, the words ?W.&A. Clapham, Photographers, Barking.? are printed along the left side.
