Description
Certificate awarded to Thomas William Collins by The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents for having been free of accidents during the year ending 31st December 1965. Mr Collins was a long distance H.G.V. driver for Samuel Williams and Sons Limited.
Physical description
Cream coloured card printed throughout in black and red ink. Bears the logo of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents at top centre of the certificate - a red triangle within a black circle. Has two lines, at centre, of typed text added at a later date.
