Description

Robe worn by the Chairman of the Borough of Barking, and then Barking and Dagenham.

Physical description

Long red robe trimmed with black velvet around the cuffs, neckband, and front seam. Is heavily pleated on the back and the sleeves have wide cuffs. It is lined with cream satin.
