Physical description

Narrow wooden frame, glazed, containing a cream mount with silver trim around window. Watercolour is of a view of Valence Farm. Foreground shows a grassy bank to the left and a dirt lane to the right leading off into the middle distance. The lane bends to the right after a tree. To the left centre can be seen valence Farm with two trees either side of it, the front mostly obscured by bushes. Infront of the bushes are some farm equipment. Dated and titled along the bottom of the painting, signed bottom right.
