An oval miniature showing the bust of a woman turned to her right, but looking at the artist. She is wearing a light coloured dress with a floral posy at the centre of her chest. Her fringe is swept high on her head, and the rest of her hair is fixed at the back of her head and trails down her back. She wears no jewellery.
