Mayoral robe used for ceremonial dress between 1930 and 1996. A new robe was purchased in 1996.

Physical description

Long red robe trimmed with black velvet around the cuffs and hem and fox fur around the cuffs and along the neckband and front. Is heavily pleated on the back and the sleeves have extended cuffs and have wings, which are lined in cream satin.
